What is your returns policy?

You are welcome to return your order to us at your expense.  Once received, in the original condition, we will refund you.

How do I return my order for refund?

Please would you arrange to send your return to us at the following address: 4 Stewart Street, Woonona, 2517, NSW. Once we have received it in good order we will refund you.

Can I exchange for a larger size?

Yes, you absolutely can exchange for a bigger size. Please confirm the size and we will arrange collection of the item you are wanting to exchange. Please put the item back into the linen bag ready for the courier. Once we have received the item in good order, we will send the replacement to you.

Are your gumboots a snug fit?

Our tall and mid-calf gumboots do tend to be a slightly narrower fit. We usually advise our customers to take a size bigger than normal.

How long does it take for delivery of my order?

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

I have not received my order, please assist?

Please track your order online using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

Absolutely, no problem at all. Please give us a day and a time so we can make sure that we are available for you and your order is ready.

Is there any way to stretch the boots especially at the top of the calf?

Unfortunately, there is no way to stretch the boot, however it does soften slightly.

What gumboots do you have in a size 4?

We wil be launching size 4 in 2022.

What is the reason your company does not manufacture bigger sizes?

Being a small company, we decided to manufacture the more popular size 5, 6 and 7. The good news is that size 8 will be launched in 2022.

Do you supply men’s and children’s gumboots?

No, we do not supply men’s and children’s gumboots. 

What does the inside of the gumboots look?

The inside of the gumboots are lined with a soft cotton sock.

How do I know if the gumboots will fit me?

Kindly visit our website for the measurements of each gumboot style.

How do I care for my gumboots?

You can clean your gumboots with a multi surface cleaner and a soft cloth.

Will you bringing out any other colours?

Yes we will be launching two more colours in 2022
